A few notes for your portrait session:​

• Package and Pricing: Each package is for one costume/pose. If your dancer is participating in multiple classes and wishes to have portraits in each costume, you'll need to purchase multiple packages or opt for one of the composite packages.

• Payment: No pre-purchase needed.  We happily welcome all major credit cards and personal checks accompanied by identification. Please note that we are unable to charge cards on file at this time. Thank you for your understanding!

• Timing of Photos: Portraits will be taken as dancers arrive, following a first-come, first-served basis.

• Multiple Costume Changes: For dancers with multiple costume changes, it's strongly recommended that you arrive for the last hour of the session (4-5pm) to streamline the process and avoid waiting in line after each change.

• Preparedness: Please ensure your dancer is picture-ready upon arrival.

• Accompanying Parent/Guardian: One parent/guardian per dancer is welcome to accompany them into the studio for the portrait session.

• Costume Changes: If you're purchasing multiple packages or the composite package, please utilize the dressing room for costume changes and then rejoin the line.
