A recital performance fee of $39 per dancer (family max of $99) will be processed on Monday, April 15, 2024. This fee goes toward the costs associated with producing our spectacular shows such as theater rental, lighting & sound, venue faculty, Studio b staff, security, etc.
 
In addition, your recital fee includes:
 

• Digital Video Downloads of all recital performances!

• A full-color recital program for each dancer

• A special gift for each dancer at the end of their performance

Weekly attendance in class is important as this is how your dancer will get ready for the big show! We will help our dancers prepare the best they can during their weekly class times. There will be no on-stage dress rehearsal for the recital.

All performers will wear their hair in a bun on the crown of their head - one hairstyle for all students makes it easier for students in multiple performances.

For your convenience, bun kits will be available for purchase at the studio - everything you need in one kit!

We would like all dancers to wear some makeup to not appear washed out onstage. Black mascara and eye shadow in the shades of plum or gray are recommended. Cheeks should be a pretty pink with a red lip.  Older dancers’ makeup should be applied heavier for stage. Remember, the lights are very bright and without makeup, faces become washed out from afar.

Ed Lausch of Lausch Photography will be taking beautifully posed dancer portraits to capture these recital memories! Portraits will be taken on Saturday, April 6th at Studio b from 1:00-5:00 pm.  No pre-purchase or appointment necessary.
