Release your inner rockstar! POUND® is the world’s firstcardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the
perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized,
toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily
modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming
philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and
abilities

Zumba Toning
Wednesdays @ 6:00 - 7:00 pm
Zumba Toning is perfect for those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles! The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged! Lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks enhance rhythm and tone all of your target zones, including arms, core and lower body. We have Toning Sticks that you can borrow for your first class. When you decide to continue with the class, you can purchase your own set for $20.

Studio b Barre

At Studio b, we make ballet fun for everyone! Studio b Barre uses postures inspired by ballet, with a focus on balance, strength and most of all - having fun! Dancing to upbeat music will lift your mood, while thousands of plies will lift your derrière! We’ll cover the basic positions while we work the arms, legs and core, and variations will be introduced to suit your fitness level and your body. In the end, this class will be a fun approach to refining your posture, improving flexibility, and building lean, strong muscles. No dance experience necessary. All fitness levels welcome.

Barre Up
Wednesday & Friday @

441 Sagamore Parkway West.)
Barre Up incorporates some of the ballet concepts you'll find in our Studio b Barre class while stepping it up a notch with deep conditioning and quick movements to add a level of intensity and increased heart rate. Barre Up is a total body workout that alternates exercises at the barre and down to the floor throughout the class to burn fat and sculpt the body to create long and lean legs, toned arms and flat abs.
