Yesterday, the Tippecanoe County Health Department issued a public health order with new restrictions to slow the spread of COVID-19.

I am proud to say that we have been following our Safe Studio Procedures every step of the way through this season and continue to do so.  Our strong focus on safety has made it possible to maintain a low-risk environment while allowing our young people & fitness participants to benefit from exercise and friendship in a safety-focused environment as well as the associated positive benefits on social-emotional and mental well-being.

We will continue to be responsible in the way we offer classes at Studio b. We have been

  • requiring face masks upon entering the studio

  • offering sanitation stations at every studio entrance

  • providing taped off dance spaces for social distancing

  • alternating our class start times to reduce the number of people coming in and out of the studio at once

  • keeping the lobby closed to reduce number of individuals in building

  • cleaning and sanitize studio rooms after every class

  • cleaning and sanitize all common areas

  • providing virtual class options for dance and fitness classes

Because of the current rise in concern, we are stepping up our commitment even more.  Our dance instructors will be wearing masks while teaching and we are encouraging students to wear them as well. In addition, we are reducing the already limited number of participants who may attend fitness classes in the studio.

We are proud to continue to be a positive anchor in our community!  Please join us in doing all you can to keep our community safe by wearing face coverings, keeping the recommended 6 ft distance from friends and classmates, washing your hands, and staying home if you are unwell.

As always, thank you for your support!

Sincerely,
Brooke and the Studio b Staff
