Dear Studio b families,
We hope this letter finds you well. We miss seeing all your smiling faces in the studio, but we are enjoying our time with you via virtual dance classes!
At this time, in line with Governor Holcomb’s directive that all Indiana schools remain online for the remainder of this school year, we have made the decision that it is in everyone’s best interests for us to remain online through the end of our planned spring session as well. This means that we will continue to hold our virtual classes through May 22. Though we know the virtual classes are not a perfect replacement for the invaluable in-studio, personal experience your child receives each week, we hope that this effort continues to help your child go through more of a daily ‘normal’ schedule. We are so grateful to have opportunities via technology to continue to host these classes.
As we take steps to move forward, we will also be adjusting our recital plans. We hope and plan to provide a recital experience for our students, though at this time it is uncertain what exactly that will look like. We ask for your patience and understanding as we continue to work with local authorities, our venue and vendors to make the best plan possible to ensure our dancers’ safety and wellness, while still celebrating our session together.
It is times like these that we are reminded how blessed we are for this community. The outpouring of support has been a silver lining to all of this, and we are forever grateful to be surrounded by such amazing families. We may not be together in the physical sense, but we feel connected to you all! Let’s keep dancing and keep smiling. We are in this together.
