what inspired you to start leading fitness classes?
There is no prerequisite for Yoga; it meets you exactly where you are. I love the holistic nature of Yoga and how it can transform your body and your spirit.
what keeps you motivated?
Health and Wellness is my passion! Continuing to develop as teacher to help others live healthier and happier keeps me motivated.

why do you teach yoga?
I teach Yoga to inspire others to build a mind, body and breath connection, and to create a space to find peace and to be present in the here and now.
why do you teach at studio b?
I teach at Studio B because of the incredible team and welcoming atmosphere! I am hoping I will pick up some dance skills too, even if it’s through osmosis!
any fun facts you'd like to share?
I’m an endorphin junkie – so if I’m moving and sweating I’m happy!
