About b.boys

We are excited to introduce a performance-based hip hop team as part of our Studio b Dance Team!  b.boys is a male hip hop group that will be lead by Mr. Flow.  This team will offer dancers a more focused dance class to help them achieve future dance goals. Dancers interested should have great class attendance & etiquette as well as have some prior dance experience. Not only will these dancers have a ton of fun, they will also gain valuable life experiences like how to work through nerves in front of an audience and how to work in a team environment.

Age/Requirements

b.boys is open to ages 9+ with prior dance experience.

Commitment

• Summer 2-day camp (dates TBD)

• Weekly class during fall and spring sessions that includes technique and choreography

 

Performances

Planned b.boys performances include our Team Competition Preview and May recital. Other community opportunities may include the Lafayette Christmas Parade, Purdue basketball game, etc. The tentative performance schedule and expectations are subject to change.

b.boys dancers will represent Studio b at one spring competition.

All interested dancers (new & returning) please complete and submit the interest form below.

The b.boys will have a callout workshop and audition at a later date TBA in summer 2022.
